Graphicstudio, Distinguished Professor, Chair of the Art Department, Founding Dean of the College of The Arts at the University of South Florida, and longtime collaborator with Robert Rauschenberg, will 
explore the history and unique circumstances of the Rauschenberg Overseas Culture Interchange (ROCI) project in conversation with John R. Blakinger, Endowed Associate Professor of 
Contemporary Art and Director of Art History at the University of Arkansas.
