The USF Jazztet, made up of the top music majors in USF’s renowned Jazz Studies Program, will be performing a concert in the Barness Recital Hall on October 30.  The group consists of Jon Cestero-
saxophone, Cathy Lopez-saxophone, Rod Alnord-drums, Brandon Miller - bass and Pablo Arencibia-piano
 
This concert will feature the music of the classic Miles Davis Quintet. One of the most iconic groups 
in all of jazz, the Miles Davis Quintet repertoire is known and loved by jazz fans all over the world.  Included on this concert will be some of the songs that were made famous by this group, such as:

Round Midnight, So What, Bye Bye Blackbird, Freddie Freeloader, Straight No Chaser, Al -Leu-Cha, and If I Were a Bell.
