Artist Carlos Garaicoa addresses Cuba's politics and ideologies through the examination of modern architecture. Inspired by Cuban social, political, and cultural life, he often illustrates his vision in large
installations using various materials such as crystal, wax, candles, and rice paper. Co-curated by Noel Smith, IRA Curator of Latin American and Caribbean Art, and Corina Matamoros, Curator of
