In this installment of MNJS, USF welcomes James Ketch. Featuring music from his latest cd and jazz standards, Next Set, Ketch takes the stage with USF’s finest in the new Concert Hall. The 2009 
release Next Set, described as "A perfect balance of song selection and tempo" was well received by the national jazz community gaining, favorable reviews in JazzReview.com, AllMusicGuide.com, 
and Jazz Times. It was chosen by Detroit’s Jazz Station WDET as a "Destination Jazz 2009 Highly Recommended New CD." The program will also give audiences a "sneak peak" of his latest CD, A 
Distant View, set to be released by Summit Records in January 2012.
