The USF Jazz Chamber ensembles feature talented jazz students performing in the classic jazz small group setting.  These concerts showcase the improvisational skills of these outstanding student 

musicians, performing music from the rich small group jazz tradition.  The Jazz Chamber Ensembles are the backbone of the jazz studies degree  program, as this is where students learn to interact on 

an improvisatory level, requiring  a high level of musical expertise on the individual and group level.
