Cellist Felix Wang and Violinist Carolyn Huebl are professors at the Blair School Music at Vanderbilt University. As chamber musicians, they have performed on chamber series and festivals throughout 

the country and made numerous acclaimed recordings. They are founding members of the Blakemore Trio, and Felix is also the cellist of the Blair String Quartet. They will offer an eclectic afternoon of 

chamber music for Violin and Cello Duo from around the world.  The program will begin with beautiful music by J.S. Bach, travel to Russia for charming duos by Reinhold Glière, to Hungary for the fiery 

masterpiece Duo for Violin and Cello by Zoltán Kodály, based largely on folk tunes, and finally to Argentina for Tangos by the incomparable Astor Piazzolla.
