| Description: | | The second concert of the season for the USF Wind Ensemble will occur on November 14, 2017, at
7:30 pm in the School of Music Concert Hall. This concert is entitled "Musical Curiosities" featuring
bass clarinetist Calvin Falwell giving the Florida premiere of the new bass clarinet concerto Up to No
Good by Brad Baumgardner. Also featured on the concert will be a performance of Andrew Boysen’s
exciting Symphony No. 6 and a new work by Paul Dooley named Masks and Machines. The
program is quite diverse and will contain something for everybody’s exceptionally good musical taste. |
