The Vault in Downtown Tampa will host Soon: BFA Thesis Exhibition. Artists graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree will showcase their thesis works in this
exhibition of diverse themes and concentrations. Painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, video art, and collage will be represented.
Featured works promote social commentary on cinema, celebrity, and simulated reality, while others
explore personal issues such as mental disorder, memory, and emotional adversity. Within each body of work, the artists utilize visual signifiers, formal techniques, and relatable experiences to present life
at a revealing level. Soon is a culmination of the accomplishments of each artist during their education. The exhibition not only encompasses the imminent factors in life but also the sense of
renewal upon graduation and the aspirations of continued success for each artist.
Exhibiting artists: Meghan Bagnall, Jessica Brantley, Shannon Buchanan, James Clark, Caroline Collette, Kenneth Davis, Amanda Emmett, Michelle Fader, Jennifer Feldman, Justine Fox, Rebecca
