Description: | | USF School of Music’s SYCOM studio presents: Music for New Weather
Music for New Weather is a concert of electronic music created in response to the New Weather exhibition installed at USF CAM. The student composers studied the work of the three artists in the show, Diana Al-Hadid, Robyn O’Neil and Iva Gueorguieva, and worked in seven groups of three or four to compose the music. The concert will be an hour and a half to two hours of continuous music that will be played inside and outside the museum simultaneously. This will be a site-specific electronic music concert, meant to be heard in conjunction with the artworks that inspired it.
