Description: | | The USF Wind Ensemble will be presenting a concert entitled: "How Do You Get to Carnegie Hall?
The Answer," on February 27, 2014 in the concert hall of the University of South Florida School of
Music. The program will feature the selections to be performed in Carnegie Hall on March 4, along
with several other compositions intended only for this performance. Of special note will be the world
premiere of the Double Percussion Concerto by USF composition instructor Dr. Baljinder Sekhon.
The soloists for the Concerto will be Dr. Lee Hinkle from the University of Maryland and Professor
Robert McCormick, percussion instructor at USF. |
