Description: | | The USF Wind Ensemble presents their first concert of the new year on Sunday, February 24 at 2:00
in USF's beautiful Concert Hall. The program is entitled Dance as If No One Were Watching, and is
comprised of music exploring dancing cultures from around the world. Selections include "Masque"
by Hesketh (England), "Scotch Strathspey and Reel" by Grainger, "Three Japanese Dances" by
Rogers, "Vientos y Tangos", by Gandolfi (Argentina), "Dances from Crete", by Gorb, and "Tico Tico"
arranged by Iwai. |
