Description: | | Don’t miss this concert - with a piece originally choreographed by Alonzo King (founder of the LINES Dance Company, Alonzo King has been called a visionary choreographer, who is altering the way we look at ballet. His work will be set on our dancers by members of his company. In addition the concert will feature a work by Robert Moses set on our talented students by faculty member Bliss Kohlmyer. Robert Moses is easily one of most prolific and inventive choreographers to emerge from the exciting San Francisco dance scene. His company, Robert Moses KIN, performs internationally and his dances can be found in the repertories of some of today's hottest dance companies. This promises to be an exciting evening of dance. Also featured in this concert is an original ballet piece choreographed by faculty member Paula Nunez and original works choreographed by our most talented dance students. |
