The internationally celebrated violist Geraldine Walther  makes a joyous  homecoming to her native Tampa to perform with the USF Orchestra and resident artists in a program featuring important 
concerti and piano quartets in the classical canon.  Geri grew up in Seminole Heights where she took up viola in the Hillsborough County Public Schools.  Today she enjoys a reputation as one of the 
world’s truly famed violists, and she performs internationally as soloist, recitalist and as a member of the Takacs Quartet.
