Something like that should suffice, unless there are a lot of submissions for presentations, in which case we might need a second space (such as a larger classroom) in order to have multiple sessions at once. That would probably be a good back up. I\f1\rquote ll know more after the December deadline for paper submissions.\par

In terms of staffing, there will be technical needs (for both audiovisual presentations and a live concert) and logistical ones (an info booth and a final reception).\par
