Description: | | The cellist Bonnie Hampton is one of the sovereign artists alive. She appears in residence at USF as
a VIOLIN SHOP TAMPA String Master Artist. Join Bonnie Hampton as she reminisces about her
studies, discipleship, and very close friendship with the legendary Pablo Casals, his political and
musical impact on the music world of the twentieth century and the countless musicians and music
lovers his artistry has touched. Ms. Hampton will speak and she will perform Pablo Casals' rarely
heard Pastorale for Cello and Piano. |
