Blood Wedding/Bodas de Sangre by Federico García Lorca 



Garcia Lorca s great rural tragedy of death and desire. Directed by new faculty member Dora Arreola, the play receives an intensive physical theatre approach, and will be performed in both English and 

Spanish. Grounded in the theatrical techniques of Jerzy Grotowski and Tadashi Suzuki, Arreola, whose professional interests span the fields of theatre and contemporary dance, has directed and 

choreographed in Mexico, Poland, Nicaragua, and India.
