| Description: | | Billie Grace Lynn received her M.F.A. in sculpture in 1989 from San Francisco Art Institute. She won the West Prize 2011 Grand Prize, The West Collection. Her work is usually interactive and kinetic in nature, and strives to make pieces in which the viewer interface is both the form and function of the piece. |
