With the trombone being the closest instrument to the human voice, it makes complete sense for the instrument to be featured in ensemble settings.  This will be an evening of Trombone Choir and 
trombone quartets performing music from multiple centuries on the first half.  The second half will feature the trombone band with Rhythm section performing what can be labeled as jazz, rock, Latin, 
world music, etc.
