The USF Symphonic Band performs a concert featuring music representing various stages of life. It is the large concert band at USF and presents wind band repertoire that is written specifically for an ensemble of symphonic proportions. It contains primarily music performance and music education majors, and it is an auditioned ensemble. The music performed consists of band masterworks, new compositions and other diverse selections, featuring works by Mahler, Ticheli, Wagner, Bocook, Grainger, and Bryant.
