Description: 
Cary Leibowitz, New-York based artist and writer, will discuss Warhol's role as a photographer with Jane Simon, USFCAM Curator. Although Warhol is one of the best known artists of the twentieth 
century, scholars have often focused more on his painting than on his extensive explorations of photography. This talk will examine Warhol's influence on photography, as well as his own changing 
practice. In conjunction with "The Importance of Being Photographed" exhibition.
