Description: | USF professor John Robison presents an abso-lute-ly amazing program of solo music for lute, theorbo, and archlute. The program includes solo music for 10-course Renaissance lute by English, Flemish, Italian, and German composers, solo theorbo music by Piccinini, and archlute pieces by Melii and Zamboni. All genres of early instrumental music will be represented on the program, including preludes, dance music, variations, and fantasias. | |
