kicks off our year with an exciting array of pieces that will entertain, enthrall, and enlighten the performers and audience members alike. Selections include Dimitri Shostakovich’s beloved "Festive
Overture", "Startin’ Sumpthin" composed by Jeff Scott and arranged by USF’s Director of Athletic Bands, Trevor Butts, and two new pieces that were finalists in an international composition contest,
Katahj Copley’s "Dope", and Luis Alarcón’s "Spanish Dances". |
