USF Contemporary Art Museum presents

The Talent Show Magic Base Performance Parade
Friday, November 18, Noon-4pm

Event begins behind USFCAM!

Free and open to the public

Check for the complete parade schedule.

One of several participatory artworks included in USFCAMís current exhibition The Talent Show, Piero Manzoniís interactive Magic Base - Living Sculpture (1961) invites visitors to step up onto a
pedestal and perform.

The Magic Base Performance Parade, a CAM educational program, extends the spirit of Manzoniís sculpture out into the USF community. Join us for a roving tour of participatory, performance-based
works and works-in-progress at departments across USFís Tampa campus.

The event begins at Noon with a BYO picnic lunch and performances on the lawn behind USFCAM (adjacent to the School of Art and Art History) and continues with a procession across campus. A
model of Manzoniís pedestal, which performers have the option of using in their performances, travels with the parade.
