Imminent Doom

Event Type: Exhibition
Facility: Carolyn M. Wilson Gallery
Presented By: School of Art & Art History
Description:
IMMINENT DOOM, a show so significant that everyone was friends afterwards, is a group exhibition featuring Ainaz Alipour, Michael Lonchar, Tom Rosenow, and KJ Skidmore. While the four artists in this exhibition work in vastly different ways, they all strike at the same motifs. Each uses experimental processes and technology to express ideas about memory, contemporary culture, identity (or lack of), and the humor that comes from a sense of imminent doom.
